3. Our Services
We provide plumbing repair and maintenance services. The scope of each service will be agreed with you before work begins. We will always provide a quotation before starting any work.
4. Pricing and Payment
The price of the service (which includes VAT) shall be payable at the time of booking, except where otherwise agreed. All prices quoted are estimates and may vary depending on the specific requirements of the job. A final quotation will be provided before work commences.
5. Your Rights to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your booking up to 14 days after the date of purchase, unless the service has already been carried out. If an engineer has already visited and begun work, cancellation rights may be limited.
6. Our Guarantee
All parts and labour on repairs we carry out are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of the repair. If the same fault recurs within the guarantee period, we will repair it again at no additional cost.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to pre-existing defects, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from the age or condition of existing pipework or appliances.
